Nice hotel with lovely staff, and great value for money! The facilities are a bit on the older side, but for us it wasn't an issue as the room was very big, clean and spacious, cleaned daily, the bathroom was especially nice, clean and quite large, and all the hotel staff we encountered had been very nice, friendly and helpful, so we enjoyed our stay here and have no complaints at all. We had a car so it was very convenient for us to have free parking available across the street from the hotel, a big plus! Not too far from the city centre and a very nice view from the hotel - you can see a big portion of the city and other high buildings from the pool/restaurant area, which was also a lovely thing for us. We didn't use the pool as it was the middle of January unfortunately, but it certainly must be amazing to experience it in the warmer months. Many thanks to all the staff who made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

This is a lovely clean hotel all be it dated. We stayed here to go into Benidorm and old town. It has great bus links as the bus station is below the hotel. We didn't use the bus and walked but my sister went to other areas via bus and found it easy. The standard rooms are basic but clean. The bathroom is very spacious. Beds are comfy. There's a fridge in the room. There are no balconies but the windows do open very wide. It's a huge risk for children but adults should be OK. We didn't use the gym or the pool but I would imagine they'd be clean and in good condition. Drinks at the bar are well priced. The breakfast didn't light my soul on fire although there is a reasonable selection to choose from. Overall I would recommend but only for a good nightly rate. There's a lovely little Catholic church around the corner with evening mass on a Saturday and Sunday morning mass

Big simple rooms, comfortable with memory foam mattress which some might find too hard but we had a good sleep on it. Room comparable to Holiday inn Express/premier lodge but larger with large bathrooms and good size cupboard. Has sauna and gym in hotel but we didn’t get a chance to use so can’t comment. Quiet location right next to main bus station and attached to now closed down shopping centre so area looks a little worn but don’t let that put you off ..it was fine and felt safe. Free plentiful parking ( previously used for shopping centre) a bonus when hotels in Benidorm can charge over 20€ a night parking. No bars or restaurants outside hotel but downtown Benidorm walkable in around 20 minutes or taxi and public transport should be cheap. Bar in hotel reasonably priced Great breakfast - large choice to suit any palette and great value.

The room was large, so was the bathroom. It was very clean, quiet, and I had an outstanding view of the city. The bed was very comfortable. Also, there is a heating system that worked great (I think it works also as a cooling system) - it was important for me, since my visit was in January. It is 30 minutes away by foot from the beach, an easy and lovely walk (flat ground). The main bus station (for buses that go to other cities) is just outside of the hotel and that was a plus for me, since I had planned a short stay in Benidorm. I can't say anything about the pool or sauna since I didn't use them.

My friend and I stayed here for 1 week as a base for cycling in the hills inland of Benidorm. The hotel was perfect for our needs. We took the option of breakfast and dinner buffets as part of the package. The dinner in particular was brilliant for us and much needed after a hard day. The staff were all very friendly and made us feel at home. The location on the edge of town was perfect for an easy getaway into the mountains by bike. I had a wonderful holiday thanks to this hotel and was truly sad to leave. I hope to see you all again!
